- You can receive rewards by going to Main Lobby > ‘Mailbox’ located at the upper right > System Mail.

- Reward items can only be received once per account.
- Please receive the event rewards in your mailbox within 30 days from the sent date.
- We ask for your understanding that it is difficult to provide assistance with the compensation for the expired items.
- When you open a skin box, if you acquire the same skin that you already own, it will automatically be converted into Q-on points.
※ Acquired Q-on points can be used in-game 'Shop -> Item -> Q-on Point'.
